1. About AILO

AILO is an AI literacy platform operated by ShapeLoop OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Estonia. AILO provides practical AI tasks with a built-in AI tool to help users learn how to use artificial intelligence in everyday life and work.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AILO (ailo.study), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

3. Service Description

AILO provides:

• 14 practical AI tasks across 3 languages (Latvian, Russian, English)
• A built-in AI assistant powered by third-party language models
• Progress tracking, task evaluation, and a completion certificate
• A free first task and paid full access (€27, one-time payment)

4. AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimer

AILO uses third-party AI language models to generate responses. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI can make mistakes. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI output.
• AI is not a professional advisor. AI outputs should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in any field, including but not limited to: medicine, law, finance, taxation, psychology, or engineering.
• You are responsible for your use of AI outputs. Any decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated content are entirely at your own risk. ShapeLoop OÜ accepts no liability for consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.
• AI does not verify facts. The scam detection feature and document analysis tasks provide general guidance only. They do not constitute security advice and may fail to detect actual threats or may incorrectly flag safe content.
• AI outputs are not our opinions. Content generated by the AI tool does not represent the views, recommendations, or endorsements of ShapeLoop OÜ.

5. Account and Access

5.1 Registration

You access AILO via a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account. One account per email address.

5.2 Free Access

The first task is available without payment. Free access may be modified or discontinued at any time.

5.3 Paid Access

Full access to all 14 tasks is available for a one-time payment of €27 (tax inclusive, processed by Creem as Merchant of Record). Payment grants lifetime access to the current version of the content. “Lifetime” means for as long as the AILO platform remains operational.

5.4 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the platform, contact us at hello@ambass.io and we will work to resolve it. If we cannot resolve the issue, a full refund will be provided.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AILO to:

• Generate harmful, illegal, abusive, or deceptive content
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or abuse the AI system
• Share your access link with others (each link is personal)
• Use automated tools to access the platform (bots, scrapers)
• Overload the system with excessive or abusive requests

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

Our content: AILO’s curriculum, task descriptions, interface design, and brand are the property of ShapeLoop OÜ and protected by copyright.

Your content: You retain ownership of any text you input into the AI tool. We do not claim rights to your inputs.

AI outputs: AI-generated content is provided for your personal use. You may use, copy, and share AI outputs freely. We make no claims of ownership over AI-generated content, but we also make no guarantee that such content is original or free from third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShapeLoop OÜ shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of AILO or AI-generated content
• Losses caused by reliance on AI outputs, including but not limited to: financial loss, missed opportunities, incorrect information, failed scam detection, or any other consequence
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues
• Actions of third-party services (AI model providers, payment processors)

In any case, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid for AILO (€27 or €0 if on free access).

9. Third-Party Services

AILO relies on the following third-party services:

• AI language models (DeepSeek, and potentially others) — for generating AI responses
• Creem — for payment processing (as Merchant of Record)
• Resend — for email delivery
• Hetzner — for data hosting (EU)

Each third-party service operates under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for their actions, availability, or data practices.

10. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep AILO available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. Paid users will be notified of significant changes via email. If we discontinue AILO entirely, paid users will receive a downloadable archive of the content.

11. Age Requirement

AILO is intended for users aged 16 and older. If you are under 16, you may use AILO only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. For EU consumers, this does not affect your mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of AILO after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
